I’m Johnny Betts. I’m proud to be able to say that I have helped thousands of people over the years transform their health, fitness and lives. I successfully ran my own gyms (ONE Fitness) for 12 years and have recently graduated from the school of hard knocks (story for another day). There are many that might call me a coach, personal trainer, leader, counsellor, father, business owner, pony club dad?!, former rugby player, mentor, sports and rehab therapist, entrepreneur, ironman triathlete, big kid, fly fisherman, outdoors man, or just plain Johnny.
I am all of the above, but ultimately my mission in life is to help individuals dramatically change the trajectory of their lives, their physical and mental states, careers and relationships.
My work takes a wider approach to most. It is informed by my understanding of how the state of our psyche affects both our inner and outer worlds and together with our physiological state dictates the happiness, success and freedom we experience in life. In my experience, once you start understanding your psyche and providing the body what it requires, transformations happen very quickly and all the feelings that go along with it.
